Due to the fact that as of May 25, 2018, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter “GDPR”), has entered into force, and in order to protect your privacy and continuously improve the standards of personal data security, K2ENCORE sp. z o.o. has implemented GDPR-compliant procedures.

At the same time, we inform you that the controller of your personal data is K2ENCORE sp. z o.o., based at Storczykowa 5, apt. 9, Warsaw. By this statement, you consent to the processing of your personal data for purposes related to business operations, business cooperation, quoting processes, sales and marketing activities, as well as potential pursuit of claims.

The legal basis for processing your data is the legitimate interest pursued by the Data Controller. We inform you that you have the right to access and rectify your data, as well as the right to request its deletion. Deletion will occur when the purpose for which the data was collected ceases to exist, or when you object to its processing—whichever comes first. Every data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority.
